Receiving a quote on Carmovingguys.com is free & easy - Simply enter your email address, collection/delivery postcodes and the vehicle registration to view the services available with the range of prices to choose from.
If you have selected the Same Day service, we will collect your vehicle within 4 hours & deliver within a 24-hour time frame of accepting your booking. For our Next Day service, We will collect & deliver your vehicle within 48 hours of accepting the booking. For 3, 5, 7 and 10 Day services, we will collect & deliver between the chosen number of working days between 8am - 6pm.
Personal items can be loaded but please bear in mind that the contents of the vehicle are not covered by our own Insurance.
Bookings made up to 4pm will start processing that day. For Same & Next day services, collections are made up to 10pm.
All vehicles in our possession are covered by our Comprehensive Insurance cover: Comprehensive insurance cover covers against physical loss or damage to your goods up to a value of £150,000. Should you wish to increase this value you must select this option when entering the job on the website.
Yes, bookings can be cancelled at any time but will incur a £25 cancellation fee prior to dispatch or a £75.00 fee once job has been issued - proof of issue will be made available by our time stamped dispatch system. Upon collection, we will require a signature of confirmation & note of damage. During the movement process, your vehicle may be stored overnight in an approved secure location ready for onward delivery. We will do our upmost to liaise with you on estimated time of delivery & will require a signature to accept receipt.

We only use professional drivers to complete our deliveries & only appoint reputable partners to assist- all of whom are regularly vetted & licence checks are carried out on a 6-monthly basis.
Someone must be available to handover the keys/vehicle to us upon collection. A signature will be required to accept receipt of delivery.
Yes, the cost of your booking includes all mileage costs to deliver your vehicle to the destination. We ask that your vehicle has sufficient fuel to cover a minimum of 50 miles.
